Fluid flow simulation and fluid flow measurement technology
Ansbach University of Applied Sciences is currently modelling and simulating biotechnological processes such as the production of biogas. For this purpose, the following facilities are used in KSTS, the centre of excellence for fluid flow simulation:
Mathematical fluid flow simulation
High-performance computing laboratory with two high-performance computer clusters and eight workstations with a total of 188 cores
Flow measurement technology
- LDA testing facility and PIV testing facility for speed and pressure measurements in a laboratory reactor
