Legal structure
Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences is a public corporation in accordance with section 11(1) sentence 1 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act. It administers its own affairs as an enterprise (day-to-day business) and its public affairs as a state institution – section 12(1) of the Bavarian Higher Education Act.
Authorised representative
The President of the University, Dr Eric Veulliet, represents Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences, as responsible university of the Institute for Biomass Research, in legal affairs. The data controller within the meaning of section 5 of the German Teleservices Act and section 55 of the Interstate Treaty on Broadcasting is the President. The creators of pages with separate legal notices or named authors are responsible for the content of such pages.
