Legal structure
Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences is a public corporation in accordance with Art. 11(1) sentence 1 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act. It administers its own affairs as an enterprise (day-to-day business) and its public affairs as a state institution – Art. 12(1) of the Bavarian Higher Education Act.
Authorised representative
The President of Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (a member university of the Biomass Institute), Dr Eric Veulliet, represents the university in legal affairs. The data controller within the meaning of section 5 of the German Teleservices Act and section 55 of the Interstate Treaty on Broadcasting is the President. The creators of pages with separate legal notices or named authors are responsible for the content of such pages.
